Job summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused retail sales person to join our jewellery store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring that our store maintains a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store
- Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assisting customers with selecting and purchasing jewellery products
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
- Participating in store promotions and events
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tele Callers
We are currently seeking Tele Callers to join our jewellery store team. The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, answer questions, and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns
- Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
